This is an outstanding opportunity for a Real Estate Associate/Senior Associate to join their growing Real Estate team. They have one of the strongest specialist real estate teams in the country and have a fantastic reputation in Leeds.
The role will include dealing with Real Estate matters such as:
Landlord and tenant;
Acquisitions and disposals;
Development;
Corporate support; and
Financing transactions
What they are looking for
3+ years PQE
Strong commercial real estate experience in private practice
Proven capability to generate fees in accordance with agreed targets
Proven experience of handling own caseload, working to and managing deadlines
