Bristol £75,000 Excellent new opportunity for a Real Estate Associate (NQ+) to join this market leading law firm in Bristol. Our client has a stellar reputation for real estate work with one of the best teams in the South West. The team’s expertise is broad ranging but is particularly well known for their track record of advising on large commercial acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant and development projects of national renown. Due to an influx of new instructions, the firm seeks to appoint an additional NQ+ solicitor to join the team. Working on behalf of a range of clients including developers, investors, owner occupiers and companies with substantial property interests, you’ll be responsible for advising on a mix of City quality real estate work appropriate to your level of experience. An excellent opportunity offering genuinely exciting long-term prospects, this role would suit a 2024 or 2025 qualifier with at least one commercial real estate seat and having trained with another recognised firm. You maybe a qualified lawyer with up to 2 years PQE and looking for an opportunity to join one of the best firms in the market.
