You will join a down-to-earth and high-performing Commercial Property team as an Associate or Senior Associate (depending on experience) in the firm's Lancashire office. You will undertake a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions & disposals, developments, and portfolio management. The team has a strong client base that is steadily growing, and you can expect a high level of client contact and responsibility. Due to their stellar reputation in the northwest, they are now recognised as an L-500 ranked Real estate department and boast an impressive portfolio of SME/Breweries/manufacturing and leisure clients. As a Senior Solicitor, you will lead a small team of junior lawyers and oversee their work and development. This will allow you to develop the requisite skills needed to take the step toward partnership.
