As the Real Estates Development Manager, you will work with the Director of Real Estate Europe, negotiating real estate deals for all UK and Ireland for company-owned Retail stores, including Concept stores (mall and high street) and Outlet stores. This will include new stores, remodels, relocations, lease extensions, and early terminations. Do you have experience in Real Estate site selection & analysis?

‘Skechers Real Estate Development Manager’ . You will be responsible for conducting research for new site opportunities and submitting findings to the Director of Real Estate, as well as gathering and preparing the due diligence materials and formal documentation. You will negotiate deals and prepare deal summaries and proformas for the Real Estate Committee, while working closely with the design and construction teams to ensure the stores are opened on time. This role is office-based in our St Albans Head Office and reports to the Director of Real Estate, Europe based in France. What we’re looking for: Proven experience in Real Estate site selection & analysis. Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organisational skills with the flexibility to react to frequent changes quickly, while maintaining composure under pressure. Ability to make informed decisions and problem-solve. Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships among all cross-functional departments. Accountable for results, approaches obstacles proactively, and looks for ways to resolve problems and issues. Regular travel (50%) is required to conduct new site findings and assessments, and conferences. Fluent in English. Fluent in other languages (desirable).
