Real Estate Development NQ - 3 PQE - Bournemouth A fantastic opportunity to join a Legal 500 and leading Bournemouth practice who are seeking a dynamic and ambitious NQ Solicitor to join their thriving Real Estate team in Bournemouth. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading law firm in the South West and gain invaluable experience in real estate development. Responsibilities: Assist with the management of a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, with a focus on development projects Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and provide advice to clients on property development issues Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service and legal solutions Stay updated on industry developments and relevant legislation to ensure the provision of accurate and timely advice Requirements: Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (NQ - 3 PQE) Solid understanding of commercial property law, with a focus on development matters Experience or a genuine interest in property development within the South West region Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment while demonstrating initiative and autonomy As an NQ Solicitor in this thriving team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced lawyers who are experts in their field, gain exposure to high-value transactions, and contribute to the ongoing success of the department.
