A leading international firm is seeking a Real Estate lawyer to join its highly regarded real estate energy and infrastructure team in Manchester.
The Real Estate Solicitor Role: Impressive client base - acting on a range of nationally significant infrastructure projects including offshore wind, solar, hydrogen, carbon capture, battery, transmission infrastructure and interconnectors. The work is a broad range of energy and infrastructure property work including development and investment projects as well as more routine landlord and tenant/asset management matters. While being high profile and high value, this work is also cutting edge, recession proof and a hugely growing area. Opportunity to work alongside an experienced Partner and as part of a national team.
Candidate Requirements: Solid real estate experience whether from a large national/international firm or a regional or smaller firm with a solid real estate practice. Experience of the prospects aspects of energy and infrastructure projects, including CPOs and DCOs. 1-4 PQE Strong ties to Manchester Good academic record
