Experience gained from a real estate team (commercial, residential or finance) The role involves supporting fee earners with a range of tasks, including drafting security documentation, preparing mortgage reports, handling client and third-party communications, and managing case files through to completion. Tasks will also include submitting applications to the Land Registry and HMRC, ordering searches, and ensuring the case management system is up to date. Key Responsibilities: Drafting security documentation and mortgage reports. Communicating with clients, agents, and third parties. Managing file preparation, completions, and post-completion tasks. Conducting searches and submitting necessary filings. Ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients and introducers.
