Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be partnered with a market-leading law firm who is searching for an experienced real estate finance solicitor. You will be working on high-value transactions across NI and ROI jurisdictions.
The Role:
You will play a key role in advising on and delivering legal solutions for a wide range of real estate finance matters. Your responsibilities will include:
Drafting and reviewing security documentation, including debentures, legal charges, deeds of release, partial releases, and deeds of discharge of receivers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Managing the execution of documents using Powers of Attorney, providing practical solutions to facilitate complex transactions.
Collaborating with clients, lenders, and stakeholders to ensure seamless completion of financial arrangements.
Providing strategic legal advice on real estate-backed financing deals, demonstrating strong technical skills and commercial awareness.
Existing case load and clients.
About You:
Qualified solicitor with experience in real estate finance or secured lending.
Proven expertise in drafting security documentation and managing execution processes.
Strong understanding of NI and ROI jurisdictions and their legal frameworks.
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
