The Opportunity This friendly team has a very strong pipeline of high calibre development work, acting for developers of commercial and mixed-use property across a range of sectors, including hospitality and leisure. The firm is now looking to boost its team further by recruiting a lawyer with specialist real estate development experience. The successful candidate will be joining a happy and supportive team of people who enjoying advising a brilliant client base. The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate would be a lawyer who already has a solid grounding in commercial development work. It is likely that the successful candidate will have at least two years’ specialist development experience. Being a genuine team player is crucial as you will be joining a firm that actively promotes and measures collaboration across its teams.
