An exciting opportunity has been presented with an International law firm who are looking to hire an associate into their highly experienced and successful Real Estate team in Manchester. Rated as Tier 1 in the Legal 500, the Real Estate team at this well-established firm covers all aspects of Real Estate business including property financing, landlord and tenant matters, and major retail. You will be joining a city-based firm that is able to offer a UK-wide service to their clients due to their many offices throughout England, Ireland, and Scotland. The firm is currently experiencing a fantastic phase of growth due to an extremely successful 12 months with many multi-million pound transactions. This particular role will involve supporting national and international developers and investors, using excellent interpersonal skills and a flexible approach to meeting client demands. You will be working with several of the most dynamic real estate businesses in the market, with a wide variety of clients. Day to day, you will be advising on all aspects of Real Estate business, including major retail, property financing, and portfolio acquisitions and disposals.
