This is a unique opportunity for a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executiveto join an international Legal 100 law firm in Plymouth. This team is made up of lawyers, paralegals and legal project managers supporting clients on high-volume workstreams and bespoke projects.
The Role
Join a small team of lawyers supervising paralegals who conduct work for real estate clients across retail, utilities, government, property lenders and developers.
What The Team Does
Handle volume work for real estate clients nationally
Commercial real estate: Handling licences to alter, sub-let and lease renewals
Planning & Infrastructure: S278, S38 and S104 agreements
Utility:Managing deeds of easements and wayleave agreements with landowners
Real Estate Finance: redemptions, transfers of equity, repossession sales, title reporting
Your Experience
Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive
3 years PQE
Supervising experience
