Our client's commercial property team advise on all types of property transactions offering a range of specialist skills in commercial property, land development, leasehold enfranchisement and lease extensions. This role is due to continued growth, and you can expect to work closely with the Partner of the team. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of acquisition & disposals, commercial leases, ancillary documents and secured leading is preferred.
