The Role In this role, you will manage a varied caseload of real estate disputes, advising clients on a wide range of property-related matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, property insolvency, and complex mortgage litigation. You’ll work with a diverse client base, including investors, developers, retailers, and corporate occupiers, across both commercial and residential property. You will collaborate closely with senior team members and partners, gaining valuable exposure to high-profile cases and developing your skills in a well-rounded, supportive team.
