The Role In this role, you will manage a varied caseload of real estate disputes, advising clients on a wide range of property-related matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, property insolvency, and complex mortgage litigation. You’ll work with a diverse client base, including investors, developers, retailers, and corporate occupiers, across both commercial and residential property. You will collaborate closely with senior team members and partners, gaining valuable exposure to high-profile cases and developing your skills in a well-rounded, supportive team. The role also offers ample opportunities for business development, client relationship management, and engaging in strategic initiatives. What We’re Looking For We are seeking a qualified solicitor with 1-4 years of PQE in real estate disputes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in property litigation, including experience in both commercial and residential disputes. Strong communication skills, a passion for property law, and the ability to work effectively under pressure are essential for success in this role.
