The Real Estate Solicitor Role:
Legal 500 recommended real estate team. You will act for a number of FTSE 100 and significant local clients on landlord & tenant, property management, sales and purchases, development and regeneration, and corporate support. Given the breadth of the practice and the size of the team, the role will suit both candidates wishing to broaden their skill set as well as those looking to focus or specialise. The caseload can be tailored to the individual. Excellent client base - opportunity to act for investors, developers, and occupiers. Opportunity to do complex work. Excellent ongoing training & career progression - non-hierarchical structure, working with supportive partners. You will play a key role in shaping the development of the team, supervising junior members, and plenty of opportunity to advance your career.
Candidate Requirements:
Solid real estate experience whether from a large national/international firm or a regional or smaller firm with a solid real estate practice. 4 PQE+ Strong ties to Leeds. Good academic record.
