Real Estate Paralegal – US Law Firm – London. Taylor Root have partnered with a leading US law firm in their search for an experienced Paralegal to join their market leading Real Estate practice In London. This role is being offered as a permanent opportunity. The Firm Our client is a leading US firm who have established themselves as a global powerhouse who service some of the worlds most exciting businesses. The firms core practices are M&A, real estate, and dispute resolution, supported by our strength and wide-ranging experience in complimentary areas. The Team The Real Estate practice is routinely sought out by investment funds clients and is noted for its expertise in mainstream and operational real estate. This includes development projects, investment sales and purchases, private equity real estate and real estate funds. The Role You will be assisting the team on drafting, negotiating and completion various legal documents (short & long form commercial leases, L&T paperwork, licenses to alterations & assign), land registry applications, SDLT forms, real estate finance matters and general transactional support. The Ideal Candidate The firm are looking to hire an experienced Real Estate Paralegal. This experience will have been gained in commercial real estate and ideally have been gained with a similar leading city law firm. Why Apply?
