About the Role
As a Paralegal in the Real Estate team, you will primarily assist the Plot Sales team, managing a variety of residential property sale transactions. Your responsibilities will include:
Handling your own caseload of residential property sales.
Liaising with developers, buyers’ solicitors, and other key stakeholders.
Preparing and managing sale contract documentation.
Coordinating with lenders to release plots from security.
Conducting legal research and reporting progress to clients.
Managing all aspects of post-completion work.
Assisting the broader Real Estate department as needed.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong organizational and IT skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail.
A proactive and solutions-focused mindset, contributing to team success.
Experience in residential or commercial property transactions (minimum 6+ months of experience)
