This company offers a strong reputation for real estate work covering all property workstreams and you and the team will offer advice for clients including HNWIs, developers, investors, owner occupiers and companies with property-related interests. This is an excellent opening for a talented partner with demonstrable people skills and the ability and appetite to lead others. The role requires a partner with a proven track record of handling property transactions as well as someone with strong team leadership experience. The firm will also consider experienced solicitors with the appetite to break through any perceived glass ceiling in the existing firm. You will collaborate with other team leaders and support and supervise a dedicated team of property lawyers in a practice supporting clients on large scale commercial acquisitions, disposals, commercial development, retail property and landlord & tenant work. You’ll be client facing and client-led and you are likely to have a strong network. A client following is likely to reflect your experience and market presence.
