A prestigious opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Partner to join a highly regarded law firm with a growing presence in London. Known for its national reputation and expertise, the firm acts for an impressive portfolio of clients across the UK and internationally, advising on high-profile and complex real estate matters.

We are seeking a Real Estate Partner with a proven track record and an established following of at least £500,000. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial property transactions, including investment, development, and landlord/tenant matters, and be capable of delivering strategic, commercially focused legal advice to a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leading and managing high-value real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and development projects. - Providing expert legal advice to a wide range of clients, from major investors and developers to multinational corporations. - Expanding the firm's real estate practice in London, leveraging the firm's strong national reputation and international reach. - Developing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring the highest levels of client service and satisfaction. - Playing a key role in business development initiatives and growing the firm's client base. - Managing and mentoring junior lawyers, contributing to the development of the real estate team.

Requirements:

- Extensive experience as a Real Estate Partner or Senior Associate with a demonstrable following of at least £500,000. - Proven expertise in commercial property law, including investment, development, and lease work. - A strong network of contacts and a successful track record in business development. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a commercial mindset and client-focused approach. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while leading complex transactions.
