Job Description
The Real Estate Partner will be:
Leading the development and growth of the firm's real estate practice in the North East.
Managing a range of high-value real estate matters across various sectors.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships while expanding the client base.
Collaborating with senior stakeholders to implement strategic business development initiatives.
Recruiting and growing a team
Mentoring and guiding junior team members once recruited, ensuring a positive and productive team environment.
The Successful Applicant The Real Estate Partner should be:
A qualified solicitor with 8+ years' PQE in real estate law, ideally with experience in a leadership role. Proven track record of business development and client relationship management. Strong understanding of the North East real estate market. Ideally already working as a Partner at a large law firm in Newcastle Ability to work collaboratively and lead a growing team. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
