Responsibilities Drive sales and business development through networking and nurturing relationships with clients. Demonstrate professionalism and enthusiasm by learning and role-playing. Take advantage of mentoring opportunities from experienced agents. Take part in structured coaching and training to maximize business growth. Generate and follow up on leads to acquire new customers.
