Solicitor – Real Estate (Non-Contentious) – Manchester (0-2 years PQE)
We are working with a boutique law firm in Manchester that is seeking to expand its highly regarded Real Estate team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor (0-2 years PQE) to join a close-knit, supportive team with a strong reputation for providing expert advice on non-contentious real estate matters.

The Role
As part of this small, yet dynamic, team, you will assist with a wide variety of non-contentious real estate matters, including property acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, lease negotiations, development agreements, and property finance. You will be working with a diverse client base that includes private investors, developers, and small-to-medium-sized enterprises, allowing you to engage with real estate law from a hands-on perspective.
You will receive close mentorship from senior team members, working alongside experienced professionals who are committed to your development. The role offers excellent opportunities for personal and professional growth, with the chance to work directly with clients and take on increasing responsibility as you gain experience.
What We’re Looking For
