Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and ambitious
Real Estate Solicitor
with 2+ years PQE to join the high-performing real estate team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide variety of commercial property matters, advising leading clients across diverse industries. As part of our dynamic team, you will manage complex and high-value transactions, gaining exposure to the full spectrum of real estate matters. Key Responsibilities Advising clients on a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and development. Managing and driving the progress of transactions, from initial instruction through to completion. Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts, leases, and other legal documents. Building strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders, providing high-quality advice and service. Conducting due diligence and providing clear, concise legal advice. Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm and supporting junior lawyers as necessary. Keeping up to date with the latest legal developments and market trends in the commercial property sector. Skills & Experience 2+ years PQE in Real Estate law, with a strong track record in handling complex and high-value transactions. Experience in advising clients on all aspects of commercial property. Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills. Ability to manage a varied caseload and meet deadlines under pressure. A proactive and client-focused approach to problem-solving. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to develop relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
