We are instructed on a great role for a real estate solicitor to join a reputable real estate team to work on a caseload of residential development work. As this real estate solicitor you will be managing your own real estate, transactional caseload of development land transactions from start to finish. This will include planning permissions, site acquisition, taking instruction, site visits, giving advise to the client, drafting transaction documents, due diligence, funding and completion.
The successful real estate solicitor will be joining a collegiate team who have an excellent reputation in this work. You will enjoy a real range of work for some excellent clients. This firm pride themselves on their supportive nature and the encouragement to progress and become an independent, confident lawyer.
You will be a qualified solicitor with experience in real estate. Preferably, you will have experience in land development, but if this is more of a general nature, please get in touch.
