A fantastic opportuntity for a Real Estate Solicitor to join an international law firm.
The firms Southampton real estate team is extremely busy with a wide range of work.
You will have the opportunity to work with national prestigious funds, asset managers, property companies, charities, and both public and private investors investing in UK real estate, handling high-value disposals and acquisitions and joining a dynamic and responsive team which deals with the whole lifecycle of asset management and development work arising from such investments. This particular team has a national reputation for the quality of its work and client following.
To be successful in this role as a minimum you will have:
*At least 3 years of post-qualified experience as an England & Wales Solicitor. *Skilled in managing real estate investment acquisitions and disposals, and proven investment transaction experience. *Experience of working with real estate investors (whether funds, property companies, charities or private clients) and manging landlord & tenant issues.
