Real Estate Solicitor
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Real Estate Solicitor to join a market leading real estate team at a top tier international practice, in London. This position offers the chance to work on a diverse range of complex and high-value real estate transactions for a prestigious client base spanning corporate and private wealth sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Advising on the acquisition and disposal of investment properties. Handling lease negotiations on behalf of both landlords and tenants. Assisting with department-wide transactions, including drafting certificates, reports, and transaction documentation. Conducting thorough due diligence and providing strategic input on transactions. Supporting complex development transactions, including site assembly, drafting, and negotiating development and ancillary documentation.
Candidate Requirements:
A qualified solicitor with 3-4 PQE in real estate law. Strong experience in commercial property transactions, including investment property acquisitions/disposals and leasing. Demonstrable ability to manage due diligence processes and draft a variety of legal documents. A keen eye for detail and the ability to handle complex transactions with precision. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with a sophisticated client base.
