Real Estate Solicitor. A top UK firm is seeking a junior to mid level (2-5 PQE) solicitor to join its highly regarded real estate team in Manchester city centre.
The Role will involve: * The team is ranked highly in the Legal 500 and act for a wide range of occupiers, developers, investors and banks on site acquisitions, disposals, day-to-day property management and real estate finance(including many household names). * They are keen to recruit a lawyer 2-5 PQE to pick up a varied caseload of real estate work, working across a range of sectors including hotel, leisure and retail. You will have plenty of exposure to clients and work. * This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to get in depth and varied experience, working alongside leaders within the field on real estate matters. * You will be given plenty of support & ongoing training as the team are keen to progress people. They offer a comprehensive training programme, technical support, structured career development (including a business development coaching programme for future partners) and a transparent promotion process. * This is an opportunity to do high quality work in a supportive team where you can develop your skillset. * You will be encouraged to get involved with BD & build/ grow your own network. * Hybrid working policy- the opportunity to work part of the week from home( 3 days in the office and 2 from home)
Candidate Requirements of the successful commercial property solicitor: * 2-5 PQE with real estate experience. * Solid technical skills ideally developed at a highly regarded regional, national or international firm. * A strong academic profile
