As a Real Estate Solicitor, you will work on diverse commercial real estate development and investment projects, asset management matters, and provide support on larger transactions. The role involves drafting and reviewing legal documents related to asset management, acquisitions, and dispositions, contributing legal advice on property development, and assisting in the due diligence process for real estate transactions.
The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic real estate lawyer with exposure to complex real estate work. Essential skills include: Legal qualification with 1+ PQE Experience in development transactions and working on complex transactions as part of a team. Excellent drafting skills and commercial pragmatism. A strong team ethos and the ability to contribute to business development activities.
