A well respected Legal 500 firm are looking for a driven senior Commercial Property Solicitor looking to take the next step in their career and deal with quality city level work in their Reading office. As part of this sizeable team you will be handling your own caseload of matters including acquisitions and disposals; the acquisition of sites for commercial, industrial, residential and mixed use; the grant, renewal and termination of leases and related matters; acquisition and development of sites and joint venture agreements,
The ideal candidate will have excellent business acumen and have a confident and commercial approach to providing legal advice. For the right candidate there is promising prospects of progression.
