Our client is seeking a Real Estate Lawyer to join its Rural Business team based in Edinburgh. The role will sit within the Real Estate practice area. The role involves a wide range of work and responsibilities include: Purchase and sale of estates, farms, and forestry Ongoing legal advice to estates and rural businesses Advising on contentious and non-contentious matters relating to agricultural holdings Commercial and contractual work related to land use The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year’s PQE with previous experience in the rural sector and rural property work.
