6 to 7 sessions total: Most with Shirland Medical performing usual NHS GP duties and some for Inclusive Health PCN to help achieve our Network Aims. 15 minute appointments. No extended hours commitment or duty doctor sessions. Home visits are minimal (GP Federation provided acute home visiting service). Workflow streaming to reduce paperwork. 6 weeks annual leave, 1 week study leave (pro rata), weekly admin time. A happy, friendly & supportive work environment. Excellent location in Zone 2 with good transport links & no congestion charge. Onsite car and bicycle parking, garden and great local restaurants, shops and green spaces nearby. Co-location with our district nurses and over 65s frailty support service. Weekly clinical meetings for case discussion and support, with approachable jolly staff each day. Educational opportunities with Child Health, Frailty, Diabetes and Lipid MDTs & Clinics. We host Medical Students from Imperial College London. Wider team includes Pharmacists, Care Coordinator and Physiotherapist.
