Acting as first point of contact for clients to the clinic, greeting clients face-to-face and over the phone and directing them as appropriate. Keeping the clinic clean and tidy. General office tasks. Working Schedule Tuesdays

- 2pm to 7pm - 5 hours Wednesdays

- 2pm to 7pm - 5 hours Thursdays

- 8.45 am to 6pm - 9.25 hours (8.25 hours paid, 1 hour for lunch) Fridays

- 2pm to 6pm - 4 hours Total Hours - 23.25 May be required to cover additional hours outside of this time. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Greeting visitors to the clinic as soon as they arrive and connecting them with the appropriate party. Chatting to clients as they wait to see their therapists, providing tea, coffee, water, etc. Ensuring the tea/coffee station is stocked at all times. Answering the telephone in a timely manner and directing calls to the correct person, taking messages as required. Booking appointments, scheduling meetings and general diary management. Creating and managing both digital and hard copy filing systems as needed. Maintaining the appearance of the clinic with light cleaning duties, including emptying clinic bins, filling soap and towel dispensers as and when required. Responsible for stock management, ensuring there are adequate supplies and ordering. Providing support to the Management team and therapists. Assisting in the daily Clinic needs. Following all health and safety requirements. Attending relevant meetings and following all policies and procedures. Any other duties appropriate to the role as may arise from time to time. This job description is subject to change following discussion with the post holder. Skills Profile Exceptional customer service - professional, friendly and helpful demeanour. Strong time management, organisational and problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask. Motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative. Previous experience not essential but must be able to demonstrate knowledge of general administration procedures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Excellent IT skills, good knowledge of Microsoft Office, spreadsheets and word processing documents. Typing skills. Ability to interact with members of the public and people at all levels of an organisation. Eligibility to work in the UK. Job Types:
