near St. Paul’s. This is a

5-star customer service . We are looking for someone with a background as a

Reception Manager, Senior Receptionist, or Reception Supervisor

in a corporate environment, with expertise in

meeting room management . Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership : Oversee a small front-of-house & events team, providing guidance, support, and hands-on assistance when required. Meeting Room Management : Ensure meeting rooms are impeccably maintained, manage bookings, and oversee the setup for board meetings and events. Hands-On Reception Duties : Provide a warm, professional welcome to clients and visitors, ensuring a seamless front-of-house experience. Service Excellence : Uphold and deliver

5-star customer service

standards, ensuring every client interaction reflects the firm’s values. Operational Oversight : Monitor daily operations, check on meeting rooms throughout the day, and liaise with catering and facilities teams as needed. Scheduling & Administration : Coordinate schedules for the team, book board meetings, and handle ad hoc administrative tasks. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Previous experience as a

Reception Manager ,

Reception Supervisor , or

Senior Receptionist

in a corporate setting. Strong knowledge of

meeting room management

and the ability to ensure smooth scheduling and room readiness. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proactive and hands-on approach. A passion for delivering

5-star customer service

and maintaining high standards of professionalism. Experience in managing a small team and a confident ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively.
