Key Responsibilities : Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to the needs of Reception-aged children. Foster a positive, nurturing classroom environment that supports the emotional, social, and academic development of young learners. Ensure a child-centred approach to teaching, promoting independent learning and exploration. Assess and monitor the progress of pupils, providing regular feedback to help them reach their full potential. Work closely with parents and carers to build strong relationships and keep them informed of their child's progress. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement exciting and stimulating learning activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum. The Ideal Candidate : A qualified teacher with
QTS
and experience teaching in a Reception class or working with early years pupils. Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum. A creative and dynamic approach to teaching that engages young children in their learning. Passionate about working with young children and supporting their development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff. An enhanced
