We are currently seeking a talented Receptionist to join our client's team in the Digital Marketing industry. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
Start Date: Friday 6th December
Contract Type: Temporary
Working Pattern: Part Time (9:00am-1:00pm Monday- Friday)
Hourly Rate: From £13.15
Location: Shoreditch!
Key Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate team members. Welcoming and assisting visitors, ensuring they have a positive experience. Managing the reception area, including maintaining cleanliness and tidiness. Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments. Assisting with general administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing. Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail. Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is desirable.
