We are looking for a talented

Receptionist

to join our team.

Who are we looking for?

Fun, bubbly, and energetic people. Experience is not essential, but an eagerness to do well is.

A desire to delight every guest.

Ability to work well in a team, but can also use your own initiative.

Comfortable using computers and different systems.

Able to proactively answer guests' questions in person, on the telephone, and via email.

Great time management and organisational skills.

The position is for 2 days a week covering the full-time receptionist's days off. Working hours are 9 am until 5 pm (flexible on busy days). This role includes working either a Saturday or Sunday every week.

Our hotels are located in picturesque market towns and operate with a bustling food and beverage offering, coupled with a busy bedroom trade. We are the marquee venue in each of the towns we are in, and provide a vibrant and exciting environment that also celebrates the history of our magnificent buildings.
