About the Role We are seeking a professional, outgoing, and detail-oriented Client Floor Receptionist to join our client's prestigious office, designed to immerse guests and staff in a remarkable brand experience from the moment they arrive. As part of a small but dynamic reception team, you will report to a motivating and supportive Office Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to manage 14 onsite external meeting rooms, ensuring a seamless visitor experience and supporting the broader office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Efficiently manage meeting room bookings using Cloudbooking and Condeco. Welcome VIPs, HNWIs, and high-profile visitors with professionalism and warmth. Maintain the presentation of reception areas and meeting rooms to the highest standards. Prioritise both visitor and colleague needs, ensuring exceptional service. Multi-task and stay composed in a fast-paced environment, contributing to an efficient reception team. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a corporate or finance environment is essential. Strong familiarity with Cloudbooking and Condeco systems. A natural pride in personal and workplace presentation. A genuine commitment to delivering 5-star customer service. Excellent multi-tasking skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure. Working Hours This role operates on a rotating shift schedule with the following shifts: 08:00 - 17:00 08:30 - 17:30 09:00 - 18:00 Salary £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience), plus bonus.
