A vacancy has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Band 2 Reception / Admin Assistant to join our busy team providing reception and administration duties to assist in the smooth running of the integrated Sexual Health service. The successful candidate(s) must be well organised, have good interpersonal skills to support a busy reception desk, be able to prioritise workload, and work to processes and deadlines. The post holder must be a team player with excellent communication skills and be able to work without direct supervision on a daily basis, producing work of a good quality to a high standard, accurately and paying attention to detail. Main duties of the job

The post holder will have excellent computer and organisational skills to support this role. Due to the nature of this service, the post holder will be required to deal with sensitive information and must adhere to confidentiality and data protection at all times. Reception cover is required across the main hub; Wilberforce Health Centre and across the Hull and East Riding area, working flexibly to ensure all shifts are covered. About us

Qualifications

Level 2 in Business Administration or Customer Service or equivalent knowledge and experience Word processing to RSA 2 standard or European Computer Driving License (EDCL) or able to demonstrate appropriate level of skill Knowledge and Experience

Knowledge of a range of routine administration procedures Knowledge of Microsoft Word Previous experience of working in an office environment and carrying out general office procedures Knowledge of other Microsoft packages Experience of SystmOne functions Previous NHS experience Previous experience of working with the general public Disclosure and Barring Service Check
