Job Overview We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in office software.

Duties

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.

Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.

Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.

Perform clerical duties including data entry and maintaining accurate records.

Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars. .

Support team members with various office tasks as required.

Requirements

Proven experience in an office or receptionist role is preferred.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently.

A professional appearance and demeanour are essential for this role.

Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
