Contract Type: Permanent, term time only plus INSET days (39 weeks per year) Contract Hours: Full time - 37 hours per week, 08:15-16:30 We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Receptionist/Administrator to be the first point of contact for all visitors to the school, along with answering and redirecting incoming calls, and providing general administrative support. You will be joining our well-respected and lively Support Team. This role is based at our Sevenoaks site. Overall Responsibility

To work within the School Office Team, based in Reception, providing an efficient and professional school reception service. To be the first point of contact for all visitors, signing them in and out in accordance with school policy and safeguarding procedures. Deliver first aid to students with minor injuries and administer medication in line with school policy. Provide strong administrative support to the wider School Office. Contribute to the safeguarding and promotion of the welfare and personal care of children and young people with regard to the area child protection procedures. This role is based at the Sevenoaks site. However, you may be required to work at other sites connected to TWGSB. Tunbridge Wells Grammar School for Boys is an expanding and rapidly improving selective grammar school undergoing a period of transformational change, benefiting from a multi-million pound investment in Tunbridge Wells and a brand new building at our Sevenoaks campus, which opened in September 2021.
