As a
Recovery Connector , you will play a crucial role by supporting individuals suffering from drug and alcohol addiction. The ideal candidate needs to be experienced within the field, highly driven, and capable of identifying positive potential within service users.
Duties of a Recovery Connector Deliver interventions we've trained you to deliver. Connect clients in treatment
with their local community recovery support services. Help deliver small
recovery group
work sessions to clients, both in person and online. Advocate for clients, travelling with them to appointments and meetings to build their
confidence and overcome barriers
to accessing aftercare and recovery support.
The Ideal Candidate Will put the client at the center of your work, helping them achieve their personal recovery goals. Building good working relationships with other services and projects will be vital to this role.
Candidates should have experience with link work or substance misuse recovery work.
