Job overview

We are very keen to recruit band 5 Practitioners for the post anaesthetic care unit (Recovery). All Nurses and ODPs are welcome to apply. Ideally, we are looking for experienced team members, but we welcome applications from newly qualified staff or new to recovery who can demonstrate a keen interest in joining our team. You will gain a wide range of experience and can expand your skills and knowledge in this challenging and rewarding environment. Main duties of the job

We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic candidates with the ability to work well within a challenging environment and who can deliver high-quality patient care. In turn, we can offer you a structured preceptorship and induction programme for all new members of staff, plus access to on-going continuing professional education and development, appraisal and clinical supervision. We have a wide range of shifts available, and we cover elective sessions over 6 days a week and emergency theatres that run 24 hours a day (at Royal Stoke). Staff will be expected to rotate onto night duty as required. Working for our organisation
