The purpose of the Team Leader (TL) position is to provide on-going professional and clinical leadership to the Recovery team who are delivering post-operative care, whilst working collaboratively with the clinicians (surgeon and anaesthetist) as part of the wider multi-professional team. The Team Lead will support all international staff, preceptees and new starters joining the Anaesthetics, Critical care and Theatre team at RCHT. Working for our organisation

Qualifications

On NMC/HCP register Qualified practice assessor and supervisor Experience

Substantial experience at band 5 in Recovery/critical care skills ILS/PLS Practical and intellectual skills
