I'm looking for a 360 recruiter who is currently working as a recruiter. This role is part of a small, successful team that recruits white collar roles within construction. The margins are good, and it's a lucrative sector - typical placement fee is around 8K.
If you're not currently in construction recruitment, full training and support will be given to upskill your knowledge. It's a great firm for someone who wants the freedom to recruit in a way that suits them. That said, if you are an early careers recruiter, details of how to structure your work and the right activities required to get the right results will be provided.
The office is based in Exeter central, and it's a friendly team that is keen to find someone who loves recruitment but may be working in a sector that is not quite right for them, or for a company that is not quite the right fit.
The commission here is great, starting at 20% of what you bill with a small threshold to be achieved. The people within the business have a huge amount of industry knowledge (20 years + recruiting into this sector), and working in a niche alongside recruiters who are well-connected and keen to share information will really accelerate your learning.
