Role
As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in our growth and success, working with stakeholders across the company and owning the entire lifecycle of recruitment.
Responsibilities
Using our recruitment tooling to source, attract, select and onboard new Tappers.
Effectively kick off a role and calibrate with hiring manager needs.
Develop sourcing strategies to attract top candidates.
Define and maintain SLAs/KPIs related to recruitment processes.
Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
Ensure a gold standard candidate experience.
Maintain high standards on grading quality and hiring excellence.
Requirements
Experience in an external agency environment or a foundational understanding of proactive sourcing.
Experience in a startup/scale-up environment.
Proven track record of recruiting and closing A+ level talent.
Data-driven approach to recruiting.
Resilience and adaptability to changing priorities.
Ability to influence and articulate process changes.
A motivated individual who cares about their work.
