This is a fast-paced role where you will be supporting the recruitment activities of multiple Hyatt hotels and stakeholders across London. Together with the Hotel HR teams and Talent Acquisition Manager, you will build and nurture relationships with job boards, educational institutions, and social enterprises. Day-to-day tasks include posting adverts, screening CVs, interviewing candidates, and organising onsite interviews with hiring managers. Representing and showcasing Hyatt's values and culture as an employer of choice is a key part of this role, so strong communication skills are essential. Recruitment technology is constantly evolving. You will stay up to date with the latest trends and proactively seek new ways to attract candidates. You will be tech-savvy and embrace digital recruitment streams, from online interviewing to social media campaigns. Key Skills Required
