Source, assess, and engage top talent across global financial markets. Utilize various sourcing strategies, including direct headhunting, referrals, and market mapping. Ensure a seamless and high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Provide data-driven insights on hiring trends and recruitment strategies. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align recruitment efforts with overall talent strategy. Key Requirements: 5-7+ years
of in-house recruitment experience within an
Asset Management and/or Global Financial Services
