We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our small but busy HR department, based in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will work closely with our managers to find the ideal candidates for our Head Office and Venue roles. We are searching for someone with experience in handling a high volume of candidates, comfortable in reporting on recruitment KPIs and supporting with internal recruitment training. Hours:

37.5 Days:

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm JOB FUNCTION: Schedule and conduct telephone interviews Screen applications and provide updates on the performance of the job adverts in relation to quality and quantity of applications Provide quality shortlists of interviewed candidates on time. Support Managers with Workday queries and issues related to recruitment Monthly reporting of recruitment KPIs Delivery of KPIs to managers Training relevant managers on Workday and recruitment processes MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY TASKS: Support Head of HR and Internal Recruiters with all recruitment tasks Schedule and conduct telephone interviews Update the Recruitment Tracker Candidate management Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders Work closely with the recruitment administrator REQUIRED SKILLS: Experience of working in high volume recruitment, alongside more specialist Head Office roles Prioritisation of tasks, being able to juggle recruitment requirements with internal tasks Highly organized, can manage own workload whilst sharing recruitment tasks with colleagues Excellent communication skills, comfortable with communication across all levels, ability to adapt communication style as the situation requires. Adaptability and agile, solution-focused and forward-thinking approach to issues Accuracy and attention to detail, proactive and uses initiative. Ability to analyze, report and present recruitment KPI data. Ability to deliver training to managers on recruitment process and best practice, in person and over Zoom.
