Our In-House Recruiter will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle of a number of roles across the Churchill Group. Coordinating the process from taking an initial vacancy brief, to conducting telephone interviews, organising face to face interviews, and managing the offer process. It is important to us that our candidates have the very best experience throughout the recruitment process, and our In-House Recruiter will help to upskill and coach our hiring managers to achieve this whilst ensuring that the best hiring decisions are made every time. Typical tasks will include, but are not limited to: Taking a vacancy brief from hiring managers and agreeing a timetable for recruitment Drafting engaging adverts and posting these across relevant job boards Sifting CVs and screening candidates, ensuring that the best talent is presented to hiring managers Building and maintaining rapport with candidates throughout the recruitment process Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers Working collaboratively with our internal marketing team on website and social media campaigns Reviewing metrics to improve the recruitment process including: quality of hire, time to offer and direct hire rate About you The successful person will have previous experience in recruitment within a busy and fast paced environment. Whether you have experience of working in agency or an in-house role, it is important that you take a proactive approach to engaging talent and pride yourself on providing an excellent candidate experience. You will be confident in advertising vacancies, talent pooling, screening CVs to assess suitability, performing telephone interviews and supporting hiring managers in making great hiring decisions. You will have experience of working on multiple vacancies of the same type, so previous experience in a volume based recruitment role would be advantageous. Our In-House Recruiter will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to build rapport with ease and be confident talking with people at all levels.
