We are looking to appoint a Recruitment Consultant to join our fantastic and friendly team in Manchester, where you will be working with SEND & Primary schools across the Manchester and Greater Manchester area. The role involves: Working with a large client base - many schools nationally work exclusively with Vision for Education. Using sales, business development, and marketing techniques to attract business from client schools. Visiting clients to build and develop close working relationships. Developing a good understanding of client schools and their culture and environment. Using social media to advertise positions and build relationships with candidates and employers. Headhunting suitable candidates who may already be in work. Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy. Managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client. Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants. Briefing candidates about job responsibilities, salary, and benefits. Preparing CVs and correspondence for clients regarding suitable applicants. Organising interviews for candidates. Informing candidates about interview results. Using our Salesforce system to manage bookings. Coordinating sponsorship activities for client schools. Acting as an ambassador for the Group's ESG Strategy. The successful Recruitment Consultant will have: Driver essential. Excellent communication and sales skills. The ability to grow their desk from the start. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Self-motivated and resilient. The ability to act on their own initiative. Possess a professional and ethical approach to business. Be able to forge and maintain relationships over the telephone and face-to-face. Desire to exceed customer service expectations.
