Flannery Plant Hire is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Recruiter to join our team. As a Operator Recruiter, you will play a critical role in ensuring we provide our customers with the best service by sourcing and on-boarding the finest operators seamlessly. Responsibilities: Use a variety of methods to source and screen candidates within the plant hire industry. Network and advertise for potential Plant Operators to increase conversion rates. Identify key skills & correctly review the appropriate certifications and qualifications. Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics etc. Correctly stationing the appropriate operator to the right vehicle/site based on needs. Ensuring all references are checked for the plant they will be operating. Experience: You will ideally have previous experience in recruitment within the plant hire or the labour sector. Confidence and having an enthusiastic nature will be essential for this position. Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
